Grant Barnhill

GRANT V. BARNHILL

Grant Barnhill is the President of Boutique Apartments in Denver, Colorado. Grant brings more than 20 years of real estate and investment experience including property acquisitions, equity placement, design, construction management, leasing, marketing, financial reporting, tax strategy, and the disposition of properties. Zvi Rudawsky

ZVI RUDAWSKY, CPM ®

Zvi Rudawsky, CPM ® is a Principal at Boutique Apartments and is responsible for the daily operations. Zvi (say “Zvee”) has an extensive background of more than 18 years of experience in real estate operations including property management, asset management, real estate owned (REO) management, appraisal, due diligence, construction management and asset disposition. Tom Schicktanz

TOM SCHICKTANZ

Tom Schicktanz is the Construction Coordinator for Boutique Apartments, and serves as the primary construction interface between BA and its general contractors and partners. Tom manages the construction life cycle for all new projects, as well as construction activities within the stabilized portfolio. Tom is also responsible for project specifications and budget development, budget oversight and performance, scope management, and project delivery.

Before joining BA, Tom worked in REO construction remodeling for a leading residential developer in the Denver metro area. Tom also has over 18 years of experience in the data and software industry with focus on business analysis, project management and control, and portfolio management.

Tom lives in Littleton and enjoys traveling with his wife Anita, especially when it involves beaches and Mexico. Tom is also an avid hiker and hopes to complete his quest of Colorado’s 54 Peaks above 14,000 feet ... 38 down and 16 to go!

 

Aimee Landry

AIMEE LANDRY

As the Property Manager of Boutique Apartments, Aimee Landry is responsible for overseeing all property management aspects, including leasing, maintenance, budgets, and vendor relations.

Aimee has an extensive background in property management that spans 17 years. Before joining Boutique Apartments, Aimee was a site manager at Woodhaven Management, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of a 254-unit property, including leasing, maintenance and tenant relations. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado.

A native of Louisiana, Aimee has adapted to the Colorado lifestyle and enjoys spending time in the mountains, reading, and spoiling her granddaughter, Madelyn.

 

Creighton Ward

CREIGHTON WARD

As Boutique Apartments' Asset Manager, Creighton manages all aspects of day-to-day property operations, leasing, contract management, technical and non-technical maintenance, and service desk calls. In addition to maintaining policies and procedures regarding Property Operations, he also is involved in contract negotiation and financial analyses.

Creighton earned his J.D. from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, and holds a B.S. in Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern California.

A California native, Creighton has brought the love of water with him to Colorado, and is an avid surfer and water polo player.

 

Tiffany Martelli

TIFFANY MARTELLI

Tiffany serves as Boutique Apartments' Community Manager/Leasing Agent. That means she has a lot to do, including leasing, resident relations, and assisting in the overall operation of every Boutique Apartments property.

Tiffany has over 8 years of leasing and property management experience. Before joining Boutique Apartments, Tiffany was a Relocation Specialist for a national corporate relocation service, and prior to that she was the Community Manager for a 200-unit property in Denver, where she managed the office and staff.

A self-proclaimed nomad, Tiffany has lived all over the U.S., most recently in Dallas, Texas, before settling in Colorado. When she's not working, she's a busy mom to an active teenager.

 

Ryan Hagaman

RYAN HAGAMAN

Ryan is a Leasing Consultant for Boutique Apartments, and handles the day-to-day leasing responsibilities, as well as resident relations. If his face looks familiar to our residents, it's because Ryan honed his skills as a Maintenance Technician for Boutique for two years before joining the leasing department. (You could say Ryan really knows the nuts and bolts of the organization). Prior to Boutique Apartments, Ryan worked in sales & service for an environmental biotech company.

Ryan's excellent people skills may stem from his background in theatre, which he studied in college, majoring in Communication & Broadcast Performance at Metro State College of Denver. Ryan enjoys spending free time with friends and family, playing softball and the occasional game of washers.

 

Jenny Thomas

JENNY THOMAS

As the Marketing & Design Director at Boutique Apartments, Jenny handles all graphic design duties, including Web site design and the creation of general marketing materials. She also oversees all community-building events at Boutique Apartments.

Jenny has spent the last 12 years designing interactive, print campaigns and more for companies across a wide variety of industries, including entertainment, technology, travel, education, architecture and real estate. Prior to joining Boutique Apartments, she was employed by The Design Mine as an interactive designer. And before that, Jenny served as an art director at iXL, managing and designing projects for a number of high-profile clients. Jenny’s credits include work for ESPN, HP, Avaya, and Universal Studios Florida.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Jenny lives in Denver with her husband Dan. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Documentary Cinema Institute, a non-profit organization devoted to the study, development, and exhibition of documentary cinema. When she's not busy with house remodeling projects, she’s sure to be hiking or biking in the Rocky Mountains.

 

Kerry Lazo

KERRY LAZO

Kerry is Boutique Apartments’ Accountant. She manages all aspects of the accounting and reporting processes for all the of the company’s investment funds and properties.

Kerry’s accounting career began in 1985 at a CPA firm in Lakewood, Colorado. In 1987, she began working in the investment management field for a sales and marketing firm as Controller, Executive Assistant to the President and Office Manager. In 1991, Kerry took a position with a commercial real estate firm which purchased, owned and operated strip shopping centers in the Denver-Metro area, during which time she was involved in all aspects of the accounting processes from purchase through sales and 1031 exchanges. This experience served as great preparation for a position with Boutique Apartments, which began in 2004.
 
Kerry attended Metro State College in Denver. In addition to working with Boutique Apartments, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
