Mayor's Design Award

Boutique Apartments™ was recognized with a “Mayor’s Design Award” for Aperture, one of its properties, in 2005. Boutique Apartments was honored with the award for its commitment to making design excellence a priority in the community. The Honorable Mayor John Hickenlooper presented Boutique Apartments with the award at an evening reception at the Colorado Convention Center.

 

Project of the Year Award, Multifamily Executive

Multifamily Executive magazine selected Works, one of the Boutique Apartments™ properties, as a “Project of the Year” for 2005. The Works building won the grand prize in Multifamily Executive’s “Adaptive Reuse” category. Boutique Apartments competed with 140 nominees to win the national award.

 

Communication Arts Web Site of the Week

Communication Arts Magazine selected the Boutique Apartments™ Web site as its “Site of the Week”. During the week of January 31, 2005, Communication Arts Magazine highlighted the site at their DesignInteract website.

 

Most Outstanding Renovated Community

Metropolis, a Boutique Apartments property, was awarded the title of “Most Outstanding Renovated Community” at the Tributes Award Ceremony in 2008. The award was presented by the Apartment Association of Metro Denver.
