Boutique Apartments™ represents a whole new idea in apartment living. And the people behind it have spent many years building the experience to get it right.

 

Grant Barnhill is the President of Boutique Apartments, and brings more than 23 years of real estate and investment experience including property acquisitions, equity placement, design, construction management, leasing, marketing, financial reporting, tax strategy, and the disposition of properties.

Prior to founding Boutique Apartments, he formed Barnhill & Company, Inc., a real estate investment firm, which acquired and financed apartment and office properties in central Denver. And before that, Grant co-founded Liberty Partners, Inc. (now Liberty-Greenfield). As the first full-service tenant representation firm in Denver, Liberty Partners provided corporate real estate consulting and brokerage services for several of the largest corporations in the United States, including Hormel Foods Corporation, R.R. Donnelly and Sons, CH2M Hill, and Woodward-Clyde Group, Inc.Grant began his real estate career in 1987 at Fuller and Company, Inc. as a landlord representative where he developed marketing strategies and negotiated office leases for a large listing portfolio of commercial office space in the Denver area. Mr. Barnhill is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and has been successfully involved in transactions representing more than $300,000,000.

He is a previous board member of the Denver Inner-City Parish and is an active donor to Denver’s La Academia School. He attended New York University and University of Colorado at Denver. He lives in Denver’s Congress Park neighborhood with his son, Max.
