Our “Spread the Cheer” campaign continues this week with an Open House at Metropolis, on Saturday, December 19, from 10 am - 2 pm.

Metropolis is located at 1011 Colorado Blvd., and has specials on 1-bedrooms starting at $775 and 2-bedrooms starting at $875 per month.

Tour any Boutique Apartments property between now and December 23 and enter for a chance to win fabulous prizes, including iPods and local business gift certificates.

First Prize: 160 GB iPod
Second Prize: $100 gift certificate to Watercourse Foods
Third Prize: $50 gift certificate to Mod Livin’

In addition, you’ll have your own opportunity to “spread the cheer” by donating to your choice of three local non-profits, including SafeHouse Denver, Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center, and the MaxFund Animal Shelter.
