Here are the facts and figures on leasing a parking spot – and for street parking at our buildings.
Aperture, H20, Route 66, The Lodge, Rocket and Works
$35 a month gets your own full-time parking space. Street parking is free and not metered or timed. Do read the signs however for certain restrictions (street sweeping days for instance).
Shambhala
$35 a month for a night/weekend spot. $60 a month for a full-time spot. Street parking in this neighborhood is free, but limited to two-hour increments. However, residents can acquire a Resident Parking Permit from The City, which allows parking in the same spot for up to 72 hours. Interested? The Permits Office is located at 201 W. Colfax and open from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (720-913-5365). You’ll need your Boutique Apartments lease and car registration.
