RESPONSIBLE RECYCLING
Boutique Apartments now offers free computer and electronics recycling to its residents. We are working with GRX, a Denver company committed to responsible recycling. GRX is a genuine recycler; their goal is to return 100% of the materials to the manufacturing process, which means NO landfilling, NO incineration, and NO exporting to third world countries.
WE CARE ABOUT THE CLIMATE
Talk about a circle – check out this idea – ClimateCare. By making a donation to sustainable energy and reforestation projects, you can actually offset the emissions you create. Now that's wiping the slate clean.

WIND POWER
We currently get the electricity used in all of the Boutique Apartment buildings' common areas from WindSource®, instead of from coal. If you're a resident, why not consider helping us reach our goal of being 100% wind-powered, by having your apartment's electricity come from wind?
OUR GREEN BUILDINGS
Our buildings are all different colors, but they’re all built to be green, that is, have a minimal impact on the environment. If it sounds utopian, you’re right – but for more reasons than you think.
