Now Leasing at Barrister Studios

Boutique Apartments is excited to announce that we are now leasing at Barrister Studios, a completely renovated, turn-of-the-century historic building in Capitol Hill.

The Barrister Building has a stately history harkening back to 1905 when it was built to house legislators working at Denver’s Capitol. In the 60s it became an office for lawyers. Now, the impressive woodwork, high ceilings, and original stained glass preside over 29 very modern and large studios. Each large studio apartment has been lovingly renovated with brand-new everything, including new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and lighting.

In Capitol Hill, you’re in the cultural center of Denver, within walking distance to the Capitol, the Denver Art Museum, Civic Center Park and the Colorado History Museum, as well as new classics, including Jelly Cafe, City O City, and Ace Eat & Serve.
